General

By booking an appointment with Sarah Jones Photos you are subject to these full terms and conditions.

Sarah Jones Photos reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.

Your data may be used by Sarah Jones Photos to advise you of products, services and special promotions.  We may contact you by post, SMS test, telephone or email.

If any of these terms and conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or part this will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall no right under the Contracts (rights third party) Act 1999 to enforce any of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

Booking Deposit

All appointments require a £25 deposit.  This will be credited to your order or refunded at your appointment, providing you keep to both the photoshoot and any viewing appointment.  Should you fail to turn up for your appointment, we reserve the right to retain all monies paid and cancel all voucher benefits.  If you cancel within three days of an appointment, a £20 fee will be charged.

Portrait Session

All portrait sessions are strictly by appointment.

Photoshoots take approx one hour, newborns can take around two hours to allow for feeds and changes.

Please arrive on time.  If you arrive late, your session cannot be guaranteed.  In such cases, we reserve the right to offer either a shortened session or to cancel the appointment altogether.  In the event of cancellation, a no show charge of £20 will be applied.

Gift Vouchers

Sarah Jones Photos Gift Vouchers represent a promotional offer.

Sarah jones Photos reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Gift Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions.

Only one Gift Voucher may be used per family/client.

Terms of Sale

- Due to the nature of our service, all orders are non-cancellable, any any remaining balance on the order is due in full.

- Sarah Jones Photos has the right to charge 8% above the Bank of England rate where payments are late for an unreasonable period.

- Sarah Jones Photos will make every effort to reach an amicable agreement with any client who is in genuine financial difficulty, and unable to complete a payment plan as originally agreed.  However, Sarah Jones Photos will take legal action against any client who refuses to communicate or attempt to reach an amicable solution.

- Copyright of all images remains the property of Sarah Jones Photos.  Reproduction of any image by any means whatsoever, without express permission, is strictly  prohibited and is criminal offence under the 1998 Copyrights and Patents Act.

- The client grants all necessary permission to allow Sarah Jones Photos the use of any images created from the session for the purpose of displays, exhibition

- I run portrait sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. Please contact me on either of the below numbers to check availability and discuss what type of photography session you require. I do ask for a fully refundable deposit of £25 to hold your time and date that you book. This is refundable on the day you arrive for your photo shoot. All shoots are taken place at my home or if you prefer I can come to a choice of your location and we can discuss when you check availability. 

- Studio time usually runs for an hour of photographing slightly longer for newborn shoots and I will supply you with your fully edited high res images on a USB stick the number of photos depends on what package you have chosen.
